All Faiths and All Pets Are Welcome Light a Candle of Remembrance and Thanksgiving for Much-Loved Animal Companions DANVERS, MA -- On Sunday, November 21, from 5 to 5:30 p.m., Calvary's Perfect Paws Pet Ministry (PPPM) some 46 humans and their much loved companion animals attended a special service of remembrance and thanksgiving to celebrate each other and the beautiful companion animals that have graced our lives. As part of our Thanksgiving PPPM service -- with Holy Eucharist and Homily -- Rev. Thea Keith-Lucas invited everyone who wished, to light a candle of thanks and remembrance for departed animal friends, and to celebrate the companionship of those beloved animals that currently share your lives. Our Calvary pet ministry volunteers were available to help with pet(s) as people came forward to light their candles. All faiths and all leashed dogs and crated household pets are always invited to worship with us. Calvary’s Perfect Paws Pet Ministry meets the third Sunday of every month for a special people-and-their-companion- animals service.
