CAlvary Welcomes Rev. Thea (More about Rev. Thea’s call to Calvary.)

The parish of Calvary came together Sunday, September 9th, at 10 a.m. to welcome its new rector, the Rev. Thea Keith-Lucas, who officiated at her first Holy Eucharist and sermon at the church.

Immediately following a service that many found moving and full of the Holy Spirit, Rev. Thea, her husband Jake Montwieler, and their two children, Renée and Dimitri, were celebrated at a welcoming brunch in the church’s Undercroft Hall.

Rev. Thea will be officiating at two services each Sunday, starting September 16, one at 8 a.m. and one at 10 a.m. A nursery for children up to 3 years of age, and Calvary Kids Sunday School are offered during the 10 a.m. service.
