Preview of Engaging All Saints Services
February 8
Healing is central to the ministry of Jesus.
He healed body and spirit through touch,
prayer, forgiveness and faith in a loving
creator.
This Sunday The Rev. Marya DeCarlen and
lay ministers (Fran Weil and Ginna Coulson)
will provide laying on of hands and prayer
following the Prayers for the people.
Prayer that joins with parishioners can lift up
and remind the burdened that they are neither
alone nor powerless in intercession, but are
part of the whole communion of saints. You
are welcome to come forward to the altar for
prayers of healing on behalf of yourself or
others.

The Rev. Marya DeCarlen, Priest in Charge
Welcome to All Saints Episcopal Church of the
North Shore! We are so glad you are here!
Whatever has brought you here, wherever you
are on your journey, know that, at one time or
another, each of us came here for the first time,
so please don't hesitate to ask questions, to
wonder out loud, try different worship services,
groups and activities.
At All Saints, you will find welcome for your
heart, and your mind,
Here, there is a place for everyone. We represent
the full spectrum of theological and political
perspectives, sometimes disagreeing with one
another about ideas that are important to us --
but always trusting that our love for one another
is what is really importan. Here, we find our
unity in Spirit, as we pray and worship and serve
together.
Our programs and ministries include the
contemplative and the active. Our worship
services run the spectrum of the quiet and simple
to vibrant and celebratory.
Our parish life includes programing and
ministries for all ages, from the youngest toddlers
and infants, through teens and into young
adulthood, and empty-nesters and seniors who
will find ministries to engage them as they
discern how they will live faithfully in these new
times in their lives.
We welcome all to share the joy and faith of our
community, which resonates with love, hope and
peace.
We hope this Web site will help you explore our
community, and that you will be in touch with
any questions. Feel free to email me.
Blessings to you, Marya+
